This has been a lifelong battle for me.  I've been a size 4 and a size 24.  Currently, I'm in the middle.  I started this on January 24th at 198 pounds.  At January 30th, I weigh 188.  10 pounds gone so far.  Woo hoo.  But, I need the support of others because we wouldn't be here if vegetables were our favorite food.  I want to be an active part of this community.  I live in Northern California and work in high tech.
