Today I'm starting day 13. Wednesday is my last day on cycle 1. I will be glad to get done with cycle 1 for several reason. For one, I can move on to cycle 2, I will get to incorporate more foods into my diet, after I complete cycle 1 I will feel like I accomplished something by sticking with it and not giving up. I would say the biggest thing I still need to work on is my exercise. I did zumba yesterday and I really liked it. It does work you Out! I haven't done it this morning. I was walking around last night and my pinky toe and the one next to it kept hurting. I stopped several times and took off my sock and looked and couldn't find anything so I just chalked it up to me being crazy. It kept happening though. It almost felt like something in my foot. After awhile I started getting mad cuz I couldn't figure out what the heck was going on. Finally I found out! The skin under my toes had split completely open, almost like a papercut but bigger and deeper. My toe is swollen, it hurts to walk on and it makes me mad. I really don't need a hinderance right now. I'm not even sure what to put on it. I guess neosporin?
Well, that was me complaining. I guess I have done that before. I really can be positive, as long as teens and toes don't get in my way.
I'm getting healthy and eating right. That is what's important.
