I'm NOT A DOCTOR or in the health profession!  But I can give some advice, take it or leave it!  Talk to your doctor about eliminating dairy products, if your daughter is consuming them.  Dairy products INCREASE mucus production, which can cause a lot of nasal problems.  I'm talking from personal experience!  I had sinus problems like post nasal drip, stuffiness, colds, etc.  Then I gave up dairy, replacing dairy with non-dairy milks fortified with calcium, like almond milk.  There's also soy milk (gives me digestive problems), hemp milk, rice milk, flax milk, and coconut milk for you to try and see which one she likes the best.  Good luck!

I am NOT a DR either, just wondering if she's had her adenoids checked.
