I have been on this diet since 04/26 and I've only lost 1lb. I am doing my green tea w/ every meal, at least 64oz of water, 2 yogurts a day, 2 servings of fruit before 2pm, fish, chicken, and turkey only, and some of the allowed veggies daily. My only answer would be I'm not exercising daily, but I am some. But, I've been on diets before and not worked out and I've still...
