No "water works" here! I've figured out at Day 15 of Cycle 1 that water works!! I wasn't really paying attention to how much water I was drinking; I was just vaguely trying to drink more. Then after going out to dinner -- and off the diet -- both Friday and Saturday night, I followed the diet to the letter starting on Sunday again. Lemon water in the morning and 2 cups of water each before breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. AND, green tea after each meal. And WOW! Not only the the weekend's gain fall off, but I've had two days of pretty dramatic new weight loss. So drink up! Water works!!
