HELP!! I need suggestions for snacks during the day? Esp on the days when you eat a probiotic and fruit for breakfast. I'm hungry by 10 am and after lunch im hungry by 2. what are some other sncak ideas besides the 2nd fruit and 2nd probiotic?
I have lost a total of 10 lbs and am down to 155 which is great but I cant visibly tell that I have lost weight. I dont "feel" like i have lost weight but the scales say I have. Anyone else experiencing this?? And I am hungry alot of the time, esp at night around bedtime! Any suggestions??
