Day 12 of 17 dd question

Hello, I'm on day 12 of the 17 dd. the first week I lost 10lbs!  I was so motivated. But so far I haven't lost any weight on my second week. Has anyone else hone through this?  I'm not doing anything different than the first week. Help!

First, congrats on your weight loss. I am on day two (first week). This is my second go around... when I did it before, a while ago, I lost 13lbs my first week. In week two, things slowed down for me. I had to add in exercise. So if you can find the time to add like 30 minutes of aerobics a day (nothing to harsh), you'll probably have a good result for weight loss by the end of the week.  :)

A year ago I went on the 17 day diet and lost 20 pounds in the 17 days.  Some how I slowly got off of it.  I keep my weight off until recently.  I am back on the diet ( along with my husband now) and the first week I lost 7 pounds and my second week, I lost nothing!  I did start exercising and was feeling frustrated!  I am now on day 15 and I have only lost a couple more pounds.  But, what I have noticed is that I am losing inches right now.  Before I looked like I was 7 months pregnant and now I look more like 5...LOL  All of my weight is centered around my stomach and hips.  I am trying a lot of the recipes posted on this web site and love what I have cooked so far.  I still have about 30-35 pounds to lose. 

You are doing great!  Just keep it up.  Change up your routine some.  I found out that I was not eating enough calories throughout the day because I wasn't hungry.  That did slow my weight loss.  I am now trying to get all the calories in per day.  So make sure you are getting the required calories each day.  When you don't have enough, your body's metabolism slows down because it thinks you are starving it.  Make sure you are drinking your lemon water too!  Good luck to you!
