I'am a 21 year old smoker from Hickman County Ky, i'am in need of help to try and quit smoking. But other then that I'm currently going to college and mowing yards for a living. I like to go fishing, mainly playing video games and surf the net all day, and hang out with friends.

I really need to quit smoking. I've been smoking ever since I was either 15 or 16 I smoke anywhere from 2 to 3 packs a day. I need to quit but its really hard to quit cold turkey. I was just wondering if anyone might have a way to quit smoking without going cold turkey. If so i would greatly appreciate the information.
