I am a Mother of 4, and as a Mother I want to stay as informed as possible on health topics to keep my family as healthy as possible.  One of my children is diabetic, one is asmatic,  so keeping informed on how to stay healthy seems to be even more important as the least illness seems to send us to the hospital.  I also am a Scout Leader and we have a lot of nutrion, first aid, and health topics, I want to be sure that I pass on real answers not wives tales.
