About Me
Fitness trainer and exercise enthusiast that let things get a bit out of control after a serious injury and several surgeries laid me up for months. I love working out, hitting the steel, and most forms of exercise, so that isn't the problem for me. My issues are a horrible work schedule, irregular meal times, getting so hungry that I end up chugging down whatever is handy (usually the wrong thing), and hanging out with my alcoholic friends. Yup, those are the issues that are ruining my life! :) I was always a slim, active child and young woman. I didn't get heavy until my accident which was followed by a major pity party. But I have a very optimistic attitude and love feeling strong and healthy. I'm thinking this should be a snap! I may even share some of my exercise tips with the group (if allowed).

hope you are still on the boards. you sound like a positive lady that we can learn a alot of fittness info from. would love ideas on exercising with injures.
