About Me

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I've managed to live out most of my dreams. I've modeled, climbed mountains, achieved greatness in the horse show arena and have become a published novelist. My greatest happiness of course is my awesome family. My "children" are adults now so we're left with a pasture full of Quarter horses and Arabians and cats...we have cats....that own us!

I was intrigued by Cynthia Rowland's facial exercise that she demonstrated on the show that aired 12/23/2010. I looked her book up on Barnes and Noble and found that others aren't happy at all with what they found in the book. It was full of promotions (costly too) for Ms. Rowlands and tons of info on surgical procedures like Botox treatments etc. while (only) showing the same exercise for the face that she demonstrated on...
