I adopted Rosco and another kitty from the pound over 12 years ago, Rosco had been badly abused in his other life, he has never been abused in his life with us. A few years ago we found out he was diabetic, and he has to have 2 shots a day. A few months ago I found him in a diabetic coma, scared me so badly, I thought we had lost him, but the emergency clinic brought him back from the brink of death. He had stopped breathing by the time we got him there, no matter what he has been through he remains, the sweetest, most gentle kitty that I have ever seen, and he has been through a lot. He even at one time had a feeding tube. He has lumps on his head from where he was beaten by his previous owner, how anyone could harm such a sweet heart is beyond me, but I am glad I don't know who did it, he may find a few lumps on his head.
