About Me
I'm a happily married woman, late 30s, no children, and I am always trying to lead a healthier lifestyle! I'm no expert by any means, but I love reading the latest health and nutrition books and will help out whenever I can. I believe that we can heal all of our health problems through food (as well as supplements, which is something Dr. Travis doesn't believe, but to each their own!)
Also, you can learn more about me through my blogs, so instead of writing more here, click on a blog down below! And thanks for reading!
Here are some quick links to some, not all, of my blogs:

I'm an Army veteran who has suffered through foot pain for many years. Read how I was treated in the Army, and how I overcame this pain, thanks to the VA Healthcare System.
When I was a teenager, I was given antibiotics to treat my acne. A short time later, at the age of 15, I suffered an ulcer (H. pylori bacteria!), due to my weakened immune system because of my long-term antibiotic use. Over the years in my 20s, I took antibiotics for UTIs, but looking back, it didn't seem to help. Improving my health and nutrition helped! The last time I took antibiotics was in 2001. I realized, you don't need them unless you are deathly ill!

I've had 2 cancer scares in my life. See how doctor's lack of communication can cause a patient to unnecessarily panic!

I haven't gotten a cold in over TWO YEARS. The last cold I got two years ago was 100% over in just 6 days, it didn't linger on for months like some people's colds. Recurrent colds is a sign of poor immunity, nutrient deficiency, and sub-optimal nutrition. Recurrent and lingering colds are NOT NORMAL and can eventually be a sign of more serious illnesses like cancer down the road. Always strive to improve your immunity! And read below to see how you, too, can never get a cold again:

In my 20s, I used to be one of those people who ate a couple calcium chews a day. I also used to drink a lot of milk even though it gave me problems (In my 30s, I realized I was lactose intolerant and stopped consuming all dairy products.). I injured my neck in 2002 and have had muscle spasms in my upper back/neck since. I attribute it to TOO MUCH CALCIUM! I didn't even know about the importance of MAGNESIUM because it is not stressed enough in the public (No industry will profit by telling us about the importance of magnesium!) I discovered magnesium on my own in the mid-2000s and my life has been 1000% BETTER! TOO MUCH CALCIUM SUPPLEMENTATION IS DANGEROUS AND CAN LEAD TO HEART ATTACKS!

Most people aren't getting enough potassium in their diets. If you've suffered palpitations, or tachycardia, read to see how adding potassium-rich foods to your diet can help:

***Please consult your doctor regarding any nutritional advice that I give regarding micronutrients such as potassium, calcium, iron, Vitamin K, etc. I am writing my blogs with the assumption that you have no medical conditions and are not on any medications, and that you eat a relatively healthful diet. Micronutrients, whether taken in by way of food or supplements, can effect people in different ways, sometimes adversely, especially if they have certain medical conditions or are on certain meds. For example, people on medications that increase potassium absorption might not want to consume the amount of potassium listed on my blog. People on blood thinners may not need to consume so many Vitamin K foods (blood clotting effect) that I listed in my calcium blog. Always consult your doctor and research the nutrient in great detail yourself!***

Well job done here @GreenFish, your about page is more than appealing. I will make my about page the same too.
Cheers
I just googled it, and found that the release date is April 30th. I'll look into it more at the end of the month.
Melissa.
Hi GreenFish! No I haven't watched the movie. Is it on a DVD or is it a TV movie? I've never heard of it.
