i dont recomend powder drinks or energy drinks they have sugar and it makes you sleepy if you are tired of plain water just add some lemon or cucumber and drink it up no calories at all and lemon helps to burn calories to also black coffee with no sweetners and green tea helps burn calories

IMO, I don't see a problem. The only concern for me would be about the chemicals that make the propel packets up.
