Ok, I have been taking the Chantix for almost 3 weeks now. I have not completely quit smoking but have cut down to only 5 to 8 cigarettes a day, which is a big accomplishment since I smoked more than 60 a day... However I am starting to have a disturbing side affect, one I do not know if it will improve or not if I quit taking it... My vision is starting to be affected by the Chantix, it is kind of blurry... I dont know if I should keep taking it or not... I really dont know, what I do know is that if I do quit taking it I will be right back to smoking the same as before.

That's commendable! Contact prescribing physician or pharmacist about your concerns. I noticed too that there's a Be on The Show opportunity here for those addicted to tobacco although you may have applied. Link is on THE DOCTORS home page: /main/tell_us_form/1193 This next link is for side effects of Chantix at medlineplus.gov although I think it's best to let prescribing physician know your concerns.
