Good evening friends, Well I am starting my work out regiment. I am going to start off slow so my body gets use to the grind I plan to put it through. I am tired of the flab I have been getting since being on disability. I am also joining my son in Hapkido-Judo. I talked to the instructor and informed her of my situation, so she is going to work around my bum elbow...lol.
Does anyone know of any good work-outs for indoors? Living on the ease coast kinda limits my cardio, I don't have a treadmill so that limits me to other things. I am going to due crunches, light weights...etc. My main goal is to get my "6 pack" back and lose the extra fat I have put on. So if anyine has any suggestions I am open to them all.
