Time to get into shape...

Good evening friends,  Well I am starting my work out regiment.  I am going to start off slow so my body gets use to the grind I plan to put it through. I am tired of the flab I have been getting since being on disability.  I am also joining my son in Hapkido-Judo.  I talked to the instructor and informed her of my situation,  so she is going to work around my bum elbow...lol.

Does anyone know of any good work-outs for indoors?  Living on the ease coast kinda limits my cardio,  I don't have a treadmill so that limits me to other things.  I am going to due crunches, light weights...etc. My main goal is to get my "6 pack" back and lose the extra fat I have put on.  So if anyine has any suggestions I am open to them all.  Have a good night :-)

Hello Jeff my name is Anne,my name on here is graduate 2003. I like to do what is called Tae bo,by Bily Blanks.Ever heard of it? He has his own website billyblanks.com and here you can look at and watch video of his workouts.He has catagories for every area of the body workout,what tae bo dvd works that area. And if you cant go as fast as the workout dvd you can always just walk in place or something. And I seen you said you have a bum elbow.So do I.I broke it in high school,and my mom never took me to doctor,so it healed incorrectly.I am now in the search of a dr that will re-set it.I can only bend half of it,and some days it hurts so much I wanna cut it off.I have arthrtis in it now too. Well hope you like Tae bo.
