Well got thru day 2, yay! Still can't do the lemon and hot water, so guess I won't do it. I'll be glad when I stop feeling hungry alot, but I'm not giving up. I know I can do this. I just need to tkeep telling myself that.

I'm not doing the hot water and I am still losing weight, so don't worry. Have you tried to eat vegetables and drinking more water when you are hungry, or even eating more protein might help.

The hot water and lemon are kinda hard to get down but if you add 1/2 package of Stevia (Canada) or Truvia(American) it makes it sweet and it's actually not too bad. Try it!
I didn't like the lemon water at first either, but once I took the time to sip it like tea and set aside about 15 minutes to relax before I start my day, I actually like it. Good luck!
