I'm a 55yr old woman. I went through rectal anul cancer...the cancer went away but the radiation damage didn't. I was working and loved my job,until oct 06 when I went in for chemo and radiation. After that things went down hil,I almost died a couple of times. The doctors tried operating on me but that was something I wished would of never had to happen....it was downhill from there. when they tried to operate on me my insides started to explode...thats when my family was told I might not make it...I wound up at Cleveland Clinic,quite a few times then in a nursing home for extended care...Now I'm at home and starting to do better but I have to live on vitamins and potassium....I have a hard time putting weight on because I have a ostomy bag and the only part of my intestine I have to use is my small intestine.....I have tubes in my kidneys cause my bladder is totally shot and no doctors want to operate on me again......plus my kidneys are shot stage 3 damage,I get thirsty easy....other than this stuff going on with me I'm a pretty happy person...used to love to walk everywhere...gona start an execisering plan to build me up cause I look to thin for my age.....I love your show and try to watch when I can....hope your on for a long time.....
