Hi Docs, My name is Cathy and I am chronologically 53 physically 73. I have been overweight since the age of two. Slimmed down in my teens after joining weight watchers but never ever reached goal. I joined at least 50 times. I am a registered nurse and I manage a 170 patient hemodialysis unit in Brooklyn NY. Most of my work is done from behind my desk. I wake up, get in my car, sit at my desk, stress out for 8 hours get back in my car, stop at the deli, go home and order dinner. Some weekends I don't leave my house at all! My husband just goes and does his own thing. I never want to do anything. I have no energy.

I need to lose weight to gain some energy and sense of self. My associate at work and I have been on WW for six months and I lost 15 pounds. It is too slow and I lose my enthusiasm. I love change and feel this might keep me motivated. I plan to do this with my Sister at home and my friend Marian at work.  I hope my next snorkeling picture, I don't have a skirt on my bathingsuit!
