I'm a dealer in Vegas but working on becoming a performing artist. I can draw and do computer graphics, but what I really love to do is sing and dance. I need to be in really good shape ~ you really do have to be in athletic shape to sing at your best ~ I was back in '07 and I will be again in 2011!

I Lost 4 Pounds On Day 1 ~ I Am So Happy!
I haven't lost that much weight in one day since I was a teenager! I really am feeling so good about this diet ~ I so hope it keeps up working for me! I hope that it winds up that I lose an average of around 10 pounds per 17 days... that would be so great! I have a lot of weight to lose ~ 80 pounds... Halfway there ~ or maybe 10-15 pounds past...

Ok, I went grocery shopping today, had a really nice tuna salad with lettuce, tomato, scallions, mushrooms, carrot slivers, cranberries... and here's the question LITE RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE DRESSING. Had a cup of green tea with pomegranate, added SPLENDA and NO SUGAR ADDED ALMOND SOY MILK for flavoring to the tea. I'm having a fat free yoghourt for a snack. Hi! According to web MD: Probiotics are microorganisms such as bacteria or yeast that are believed to improve health. They are available in supplements and foods. The idea of taking live bacteria or yeast may seem strange at first. After all, we take antibiotics and use antibacterial substances to fight bacteria. But our bodies naturally teem with such organisms. I eat Greek yogurt which contains Probiotics. The book says Low fat acidophilus milk is good but I'm not sure what that is or where to find it. I have friends that love Kefir, but I haven't had a chance to taste it yet. Be careful with Cranberries. Any dried fruit has lots of sugar. Also, I don't see it listed on our "good" fruits list We can have red grapes (2 servings per day) that might be a good replacement. I love the Lite Raspberry Vin. dressing, but it doesn't seem to be allowed :(( I think it needs to be fat free. Also, I use lemon juice...no difference. Hope that helps! Keep up the good work. My problem isn't so much in losing the weight (although I need to now lose 50 lbs...again...it's keeping it off...ugh..I really need to do this once and for all! Linda
I just read your post about the Tea... I absolutely hate tea. It was taking me hours to get it down. By the time I finished the breakfast tea it was already time to start a new cup. It was aweful. My friend told me she drinks mint flavored green tea so I went to the store to find some to try it out. It was ok... A little morie tolerable then the 4 others I had tried. While I was at the store I saw an apple cinnamon flavored tea but, they didn't have it in green tea. I tried sprinkling a little cinnamon on top of the water then I heat it up in the microwave let it steep for about 4 minutes or so then put in some truvia. I have found this much easier to handle. It might be worth a try. I just made a large batch of it tonight on the stove the same way and let it cool. I poured it into a large container and I have it in the fridge. Now I can just pour a cup and heat it up or just drink it cold. It was getting a little annoying making tea 3 times a day. Sorry I know this was long but, I hope this helps you!
