9 weeks and stuck again!

8 weeks 22 pounds
Today is my weigh-in day. I thought for sure I hadn't lost any this week....but! Yes! another pound! I am happy with that. I am still loosing and not gaining! It is much slower, but now I know that is to be expected and not to get discouraged. So, all of you out there moving up to cycle 2 and cycle 3 that find you are not loosing as fast, Hang in there!

7 WEEKS! 21 POUNDS!
I am jazzed! The cleanse not only helped relieve the pain, but really jump started the weight loss! At weeks 4, 5, and 6 I was stuck at 18 pounds. Arthritis and Fibromyalgia

5 week bummer!
Friday I finished the Cycle 2. I haven't lost anymore and actually feel a little bloated. I am guessing it is the carbs, even tho I only had a single portion for breakfast and lunch. Today is 3 weeks. Tuesday I started the second phase...cycle 2, activate. I have lost 1 pound this week...but! I lost another 1/2 inch in my waist and 1/2 in my hips! Saturday was 2 weeks on the diet. I have not lost anymore, (just the 15 lbs of the first week), but my clothes have gotten even more loose. I measured and I have lost another inch in my waist and in my hips. I have to keep reminding myself "muscle weighs more than fat!" I ramped up my workouts from 20 minutes to 45 minutes. IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I started the diet last Saturday at 195.....I weighed in this morning at 180! I have not been able to get under 185 for 10 or 12 years! I have also lost one in in my bust, waist, AND hips! Ya Hoo!
