Hello Everyone!
My mother has a history of blood clots and my current doctors say that I am at high risk of blood clots. I have seen show and articles that say that in order to live healthy you should have plently of lettuce and tomatoes in your diet but if you have a history of blood clots then you are not allowed to have any foods with Vitamin K in it. So my question, if anyone knows, is what else can you substitute for the lettuce?? Also, any prevention tips on blood clots.
Thanks and have a great day!
Lindsey

Iceberg lettuce might not have a lot of Vit. K in it...you might want to check into that.
