it is a gorgeous day in tdot..the sun is shining the birds are singing, i am feeling great...things seem to be just going tickety boo...
i still have a headache that i have had off and on all week but i don't care it is beautiful out there...i am going to try and get out and go for a walk today....

Hi,
Glad to see you enjoying a lovely day. It was nice here in East TX also. We went to dinner tonight and after dinner I walked around then neighborhood. It felt good. Got to step up the exercise longer this week. See you around ♥¸ . ♥¸ .♥
