My workouts are going well. Except with all the jogging, the muscles in my legs are bulking up. I don’t like it. So much so that I’m considering changing my routine. Running a 5K may not be for me.
Maybe I’m doing something wrong. I have thought about cutting even more fat out of my diet. However, I have a protein bar before a workout and I’m still wiped out before the end of the workout.
What is the best way to maintain lean muscle?

Eat alot of lean meat and greens like lettace, spinach, broccoli, etc. Your mussle feed on fat and protein. If you don't feed the body then the body will feed on your body's fat, flesh, and mussle tissue.
