It is that time again. New year, new resolutions, new beginnings. What have you decided on this time. I make mine short and sweet. Nothing long winded and dramatic. I know many people out there put out grand big projects and numbers like.... " I want to lose 30 pounds " I try to be realistic rather than idealistic. Having said that, here is one of my goals. Organise my passwords for all online subscriptions. As the number keeps growing, the passwords are being misplaced and causing chaos. Another one .... respond to phone calls and e-mails within a day or two. I admit I have been somewhat remiss in this regard. I realise that timely response will keep it from being forgotten altogether. Therefore I will do my best to respond soon. I do plan to add to ths list. Only a couple more, I did say it wasn ' t going to be long.
I know losing weight figures in the top 3 resolutions for most. On that note, I have a low fat cookbook out on Amazon Kindle that may help you folks in that pursuit. Goodluck, Happy Healthy and Fit 2012 !

I don't make any New Year's resolutions because I never follow through on them! I agree that losing weight is in the top 3 on most pple's list too!
Melissa.
I don't normally make resolutions either but this year I do have a goal. I have been diabetic for 7 years. Until this past August I have not had insurance so I have been unable to take any type of classes to help me manage better. This past November I started a class at Loma Linda that has been absolutely wonderful. My goal for this next year is to work toward getting off most (if not all) of my meds. Because of other health issues going on that have greatly hindered exercising but now that these issues are almost to the end (WOOHOO!!) I plan to start exercising and sticking closely to my new eating plan. This year has got to be better than the last 2.
