First off have to say I LOVE the 17 DAY DIET, love it love it love it. I am C1D7 and down 6lbs. Ok now for my goal, a little back story first, 6 1/2 yrs ago I had major knee surgery, cadaver bone and cartilidge grafted into the end of my fimor. Priot to that 4 other surgeries, short story is I have not been able to run in about 10 yrs. About a month before start 17DD I start the gym, my first goal was to be able to run 5 minutes straight by the end of March. I passed that goal and made a new goal of running 10 minutes straight by the end of April. Yesterday I ran 16 MINUTES. I truly believe this diet has motivated me so much it is making my goals be broken.
