So my goal to meet by the end of April was to run 20 mins. I hit that goal today. I feel awesome.
I now agree with quite a few people on here, this is not a diet it is a new way to look at food. Tonight we stopped for Chinese, I had steamed chicken and broccoli, split with my daughter and she had rice. She likes to add soy sauce to it and I usually taste it for her. Tonight I didn't, she tasted it all on her own. I realized at that point how much more I was eating by "tasting" her food. I didn't even have to think tonight, I just knew I wasnt allowed to have it and I didn't no hesitation.
I cannot say enough thank you to Dr. Mike. I finally don't feel like I'm on a diet trust me I have been on lots of them. With having PCOS I had all but given up hope on loosing weight and here I am C1D9 down 8lbs (18 total i lost 10 before starting) and well on my way to my goal weight and loving every minute of it.

woohoo!!!! way to go girl...you are doing so well...keep it up...you inspire me to get out there and actually put running shoe to pavement...i keep yapping about it..now i have to do it...
