The final results are in. I could barely sleep last night knowing that I was going to know the results this morning. As soon as my husband left for work I hopped in my car & went to get the paper. Toady was the last day of the local weight loss competition. I weighed in at 189.6 pounds. That gives me a total weigh loss for the contest at 17.25% ,,,and a total weight loss since 1/1/11 of 43 pounds or 18.45%. Hopefully it was enough to keep me in 1st place.Not too shabby. You are doing sooo good! Hopefully I will catch up with you soon. It's so great to hear everyones progress...I honestly could not do this alone! I so look forward everyday to getting on the web site knowing I will be inspired and motivated to keep going. I have a junk food hubby and so getting rid of temptation in my house is not an option. Oh well, that just shows me how strong I can be when I really want something...kinda feels good:)..Have a great evening.
Unfortunately our search feature does not cover the message boards which includes the recipe section at this time because there would be literally thousands of results. We are working on an easier way to locate recipes.
Currently you can locate an alphabetical link list for Cycle 1 recipes on my blog : CYCLE 1 RECIPE LINKS
Please note that there is also a link to this blog at the top of the recipe board. Soon there will be a listing for the other cycles.
