day 3.... go!

Wow! I've made it this far & I really didn't think I could restrict my diet so much without cravings or quitting but here I am. Not hungry & feeling good! Yay! I stepped on the scale this morning & was SO happy to see the numbers going down already!!! 3 lbs in 2 days!!! Whoo hoo! now if that's not motivation, I don't know what is! Okay, I'm missing my coffee but other than that I really can't complain. Dinner last night was really good! Chicken parm & cauliflower mashed "taters."
