I saw a post online about being so careful online and so true because I have been being bullied online now for over ten months. Post described person bullying me to a T. Especially shouldn't occur on THE DOCTORS or DR. PHIL WEBSITE. So I suggest everyone commit to Jay's anti-bully pledge here on THE DOCTORS Website and on Dr. Phil Website. (Like we can commit to THE DOCTORS 2010 Health Challenge). Really, everyone should commit to Jay's Anti-Bully Pledge on every website yet especially THE DOCTORS and DR. PHIL WEBSITE. I hope bully stops bullying me today because Lynn has a tumor that's gotten larger that doctor's suggested he remove even before larger. On top of Lynn dealing with prospect of surgery to remove tumor and being a caregiver for his invalid mom... Our collie I just got at collie rescue (Eddie) after our collie-mix Tigger just passed away January, 9, 2010, was just diagnosed w/heart worms today and Eddie's survival not guaranteed... Lynn had tears in his eyes then I did as he told me what phone call just about now, from veterinarian. Since I love them this is very stressful on us both. Just Lynn's tumor being larger was more than enough stress.
On top of Lynn dealing w/tumor and being caregiver for his mom, Eddie etc. Lynn's, now, having to take time to block person bullying me, like Facebook did, and buy $200 of Computer Security equipment advised by AT&T. AT&T said to report to websites because person being bullied, me, shouldn't be penalized for being bullied and has a right to speak up; that it's not my fault I'm being bullied. Many bullied try to handle on own like I did to not worry Lynn or trouble moderators. I'm not first person bullied by person bullying me and much of what is being said to me has been said by person about others yet instead is true about bully. It is like bully is trying to be me using my same positive sayings, I've used over 7 years while volunteering online posting suicide prevention and other help information... yet accusing me of what that person did bullying others before me and does bullying me now that bully has targeted me. Advice is to ignore bully(ies) which I mostly do and I apologize for any time I've reacted when hurt my feelings. Jay or Dr. Phil need to do a book: Life Strategies For Adults For Dealing With Bullies.

Hi Jay, I am so sorry to hear about your wife,I will Pray that all works out for the both of you.Please tell her that my thoughts and prayes are with her Ok. I really don't know if some people would call what happened to me bullying,but to me it is a form of it.I am disable and like you and your wife I care for my 75yr Father.I had started selling Avon to try and make alittle extra money [its hard to make it on ssi],anyway I kept getting emails from this person that I thought was a woman but now I'm not sure.The emails said that she was a model and was comming to Fl.on a photo shoot and wanted to order Avon from me,she even had her order in the email and it was about $500.00 worth.I didn't order it at first but the emails kept comming to me she/he seemed very nice,so I told her to send half of the money up front and I would place the order.She said she would send all of it plus shipping fees,so I could ship it to her here,plus she kept adding to the order.I reeived a company check for more than the order with the extra shipping,so I just assumed she was going to add more again.I cashed the check at a little store I go to all the time.I got another email with added stufff to the order but there was still money left, was making GOOD money on this sale so I went ahead and paid a few of my bills with my profit.about a week goes by and she emils me and asks me to get her a $1000 money order and take a few things OFF her order,and she needed the money NOW.I DID NOT send it because my friend at the store that cashed it called,The check was stollen and now I am making payments on it.I of course gave them what I had left of it but with me being disable I can't make big payments,and it feels like I am NEVER going to get them paid off.I do not sell Avon anylonger either.This is a hard lesson in life to learn,I called the police but they didn't even seem interested?????GOD BLESS YOU and YOUR FAMILY....Jamie
I am not Jay and I am just a proponent of Jay's Anti-Bully Pledge... Thank you for sharing your story about selling Avon. That's a valuable lesson for everyone to read about and be careful about. Dr. Phil has had some on his show who have been scammed like that too. I'm so sorry that happened to you. All the best to you and yours... always...
