Yes 20! Two things worked in my favor. I was very very very VERY shy, so I had no boyfriends! Also, a classmate of mine was pregnant with her SECOND child when we were all 14 years old. Everyone was shocked. I was like, that is NOT going to be me! No thanks. I'm going to wait until I am emotionally and mentally ready :)
Sorry next time I will proof read before I post:) but wow 20? I am not in a rush I hear my friends talk about it doesn't seem all that great, oh she was making an analogy I see now. but thanks! :)
And, just for clarification, the spelling is: anaconda! It's actually a South American snake that crushes its prey in its coils; thus, the "grip" that GreenFish explained! Dr. Lisa was just making an analogy, so that people could better understand her point as it related to the topic that she was discussing!
And, I would advise waiting, also, if you can. I know that curiosity can really put the pressure on, but there is only ONE "first time", and you really do want it to be special, with someone who is very special to you! (Just my "two cents", for what it's worth!)
BTW, I lost my virginity to my first boyfriend at 20 and a half! There's no rush. It ain't all that great...I would say not until I met my husband in my late 20s, by then, I was able to let loose and not be self-conscious anymore...and have the big O!
I remember you saying that you were a virgin, so you probably don't need to know...but...it's when a woman has an orgasm and the vagina tightens A LOT. It feels like a snake squeezing the man's you-know-what!
So, a woman can fake an orgasm by squeezing the muscles down there really hard, like Kegel exercises that Drs. give women after they've had babies, to strengthen the vagina muscles.

I always say that I'm glad I WAS shy during my teen years, I've seen too many of my outgoing friends and cousins get into trouble :)
Thats exactly how I am!! I'm shy and I rather wait until i'm mentally and physically ready
