Drink the recommended cups of water religiously!  I felt that that really helped boost my metabolism...because I cheated here and there and I STILL lost weight.  Plus I didn't exercise all the time, just a little bit here and there.  Therefore...the water I drank religiously every day helped me lose weight!!!  8-10 cups for me.  On a notepad, keep track of your water intake daily.  Unless you get enough water bottles to hold 8 cups, then drink those every day.  Good luck!

I dont have any info at the moment but I am trying to get to the actual diet. Did you have to buy the book?
