That's a lot of things going on at once! Is your apt still flooded now? I'm sorry you lost your best friend. Must have been devastating. I know with time you will be able to heal, and get back to your routine of things. It's understandable why you would have a hard time with your goal of losing weight. You'll be back on the bandwagon before you know it :)
well today the 30th, i am actually a mess. i stopped eating and sleeping on tuesday and havent worked out since last friday. though this was not my plan. my apt flooded monday so i didnt have a place to work out and planned to do it tuesday to sat. well an unexpected turn happen and i lost my best friend and am grieving over her death. i know that i have to get back on the band wagon of loosing weight as im sure ive just ruined all i started but im going through a tough time. this weekend i am going away in hopes of regaining some normalcy back and heal a little. hopefully monday i can start again in the fight to loose weight. i feel guily for not sticking to it but i jsut couldnt. ive mostly cried myself to sleep if i sleep at all and ate crackers and water or hot chocolate. i know its disapointing and im sorry, but i hope to get back to the regimine monday. i hope i have an appitite by then as well!
thanks for asking.
How are you doing today?
No you're doing fine. Your body only requires about an hour to fully cool down because it's still burning calories. Once you do after an hour, hit the showers. It gives you the calm and relaxing feeling. You may want to put some body lotion on to soothe circulation too. Hope this helps
yeah i get up at 7am and off at 6pm usually everyday (7days), i have three jobs. i get home and immediatly work out for 30mins. I usually dont go to bed until 1030 or 11pm. So i do workout 4hrs before i go to bed. Idk, i guess it just takes longer for me to cool down?! :)
Exercise at least 5 hours before bedtime. It's what us trainers call "Work out, Conk out". Working out wears you out with time when use it as down time between then.
If excercising keeps you up at night, can you do it like (I think this is the round-a-bout time frame) 3 hours before bed? Excercising before bed can keep you up. Your body needs a chance to calm down some before it sleeps. I hope this helps!
WOW thank you all for the amazing well wishes. From people I dont even know is just awsome. Its so touching really. I came on here to accountable to this huge change in my life. I feel if I beat this obsticle for once in my life I can beat anything. But thank you all for your amazing words of encouragement. I dont feel so alone int he battle. MNGIRL86, you and I will do it together. Take our fears and use it to be fearless in the battle to loose weight! Because we are way to young to worry about dieing! And we are the only ones who can control it! MILEY thank you so much for sharing your story. I will try and follow some of you have said, if I have any other questions I will let you know. But thank you. MELISSAW72 I will do that. And yeah I only take a multi vitamin now and well as vitaimin D and C. Thank you!
I took out the eating out part, the soda, and drink water now. I eat at home only or if I do go out I get something heathly. I started this new Biggest Looser Video called Cardio Max. Man does it kick your butt! It says in 8weeks my body will be start burning fat or whithin that time as well and If i continue to do it then I should be able to keep the weight off. Granted I have to stick to the "diet". But after this week the excersis once a day for 30mins was gret. Though it kept me up at night later. I kept a food journal as well and will continue too. I will be able to check in once a week as I dont have a computer at home yet, only at work.
Thank you all for al your words of encouragement, it helps so much.
IMO only...i'd be careful which supplements to take, other than a multvitamin maybe.
Starless, would you consider taking a safe supplement?
