Thanks Dizzylizzy4! I have to admit, I'm struggling this week, and I'm trying to figure out what it could be that's causing this. I am a little stressed out - teenagers! Need I say more? They're good kids, really they are, but even the good ones can cause you some stress every now and again. I tend to give up on myself when I'm feeling stressed out so the exercise has been a little less of a priority this week and I have to try to fight that because if I get into a rut again, it won't be good for me. Even though I was worried about cycle 3, it has been okay so far. I lost 1.5 pounds since Saturday morning, and if that's all I lose this week, I'll be okay with that. I envy you the ability to travel, I would love to be able to go somewhere right now...pretty much anywhere would be fine!

WOW, 20.5 lbs....that's amazing, what a great job, I bet you feel like a spring chicken LOL... I have not read cycle 3, I am trying to take each cycle as it comes. I have been at a standstill for 3 days but I am ok with that, as I know one morning when I step on the scales it will go down again :) My husband works in Indonesia and has for the last 3 yrs, when I go over there I usualy stay for 2 months, but this time I am going for 4 months. we will be traveling to china, the great wall, will get our vows renewed there, that's exciting for me. spend some time in singapore and then Kuala Lumpur, it just love it there, both places have big casino's and lots of intertainment.
My husband is an engineer and always works on oil projects on land, never off shore. He is the QA, QC manager and at the moment he is in charge of 2,000 oil wells and about 65 other engineer's . His job is stressfull so I go over to keep him company LOL
