I am 75 yrs old and live in a Retirment Community in San Diego, a place that is like living on a Cruise ship.  I have had minor medical problems over the year but my Dr. tells me my heart in good shape.   Your excerise programs are for younger women - how about something for us older gals that want to be thinner and healthier?? I look at nice clothes in closet and they are getting too tight by the day.  I love to buy giftgs for others.
