I started the 17 day diet today....and I'm confused on some things (that I may have missed in the book, but can't seem to find the answers)...is the Green Tea only the kind from the tea bags? I guess I have to assume the bottled cold kind isn't allowed since it has sugars??
Also, I am struggling to find any sugar free yogurt. Any I have found contains sugar.....any suggestions....same for the Kefir I found.....

You can have green tea from the bottles but only the DIET kind.
All yogurt will have some sugar in it because it is made from milk. What you need to look for is "no sugar added" yogurt. It will say in the ingredients if there is added sugar or not.
Kefir, same thing ... plain kefir can be mixed with fruits or something to make it taste sweet (or whatever). The flavored Kefirs have lots of sugar in them.

Unfortunately our search feature does not cover the message boards section at this time because there would be literally thousands of results. However, you can use Google search.
To search a particular message board. Go to that board and copy the URL from the top of your browser. Then go to www.google.com. In the search bar type in your search words and then a space and then site:URL (use the URL for the board you want to search). like this... site:thedoctorstv.com/forums/527-17-Day-Diet-Recipes
For example to search the recipe board for tilapia recipes you would type the following:
tilapia site:http://thedoctorstv.com/forums/527-17-Day-Diet-Recipes
or to search the main 17 Day Diet board for posts about headaches it would be
headache site:http://thedoctorstv.com/forums/505-17-Day-Diet
For search terms that are 2 words like Olive Oil, or Cycle 1 you should put quotation marks around the terms. For example:
"Cycle 1" site:thedoctorstv.com/forums/527-17-Day-Diet-Recipes

Anything I read, the iced tea cannot count towards the water. From my understanding, it has to be strictly water in otder for it to count because anything added to it (caffeine etc.) makes it less of a hydrater for your body so pure water is the only thing 100% effective counting towards your 8 glasses for hydration.

Well, I'm just finishing up day 7 and I weighed myself again and have lost another 4 pounds.....that's 7.5 pounds in 7 days.....I'm so excited!!! Not only do I feel better and my clothes are already feeling loose, but my mood has changed so much!! I'm excited to wake up every day and to start my day, and my decisions aren't revolving around food, I'm much more active, and am just all around a happier person. I could go on and on!!
