I'm 6' tall and I'm 43 yrs old.  I weigh about 218 and I wish to be 145-150.

I used to enjoy life but after something bad happened to me 5 yrs ago I kind of gave up on life. Now I wish to take charge of my life and get it back. I thought I would start with my weight and my mind and then the world around me.

Up to 3 miles

Ran 3 miles for the first time in a long time. (25 yrs) was totally wore out lol but it felt good to do so. Do too much walking now. Clorestrol is down was 214 now 182. Lost 1 inch in my waste. Now it's time to try toning the muscles.

Woohoo I wear a size 10 now!

SchiDoe, how are you? i wasn't able to be on for a while because everytime i try to add a comment it wouldn't go through, i had to add google chrome to be able to go on this website and be able to respond to anyone who would write to me. so how is it going? how have you been? i am doing good had to start over which it's ok, i am going to school for my GED and that has changed my life. i am much happier now. hope to hear from you soon. take care.

 I saw your post on the message boards about trying to lose in  your stomach. area. You will need more than sit ups for that. Make sure you are exercising the other abdominal muscles as well as the ones that you use for a sit up. It's easy. Put your hands up over your head & bend as far to the right as you can & then the left ...like a tree swaying in the wind. That will work the muscles down the sides of the abdomen. You can also leave your hands down & use two 1 gallon jugs of water. One in each ahnd & bend  on one side then the other lowering the water jug on each side toward your calf. As for the situps. Go to walmart or a discount store & get one of those big exercise balls that you inflate. I found one at my drugstore for under $10. Use that to do the crunches. You work more of your core & you don't have to be all the way down on the floor.

Hi everyone! I should be on day 10 today but I have been sick since day 7. Since I haven't eaten much I think I am going to start back on day 7 when I am well enough to eat something. But every morning I have been doing the water and lemon and thanks to Melissaw72 she suggested that I use honey too. I tried it with raw honey. As a matter of fact I used Natural creamed honey raspberry and it is tasting better than I thought it would taste. I still haven't had a appeite to eat so I'm not going to push the issue. I'm feeling a little dehrated today so my game plan is to drink lots of water. I know I should be drinking it anyway on this diet but when your sick you don't want to do anything but be in bed and sleep. Heck I've been awake long enough to watch the Drs today on tv. subject eat, sleep and poop (LOL) found that it was more info for parents. Sorry I don't have children but I will store the info for future parenting... Like that will happen at my age (LOL)

Well Friday I was off traveling. I ended up eating breakfast but I didn't eat lunch or dinner. I think it was due to all the moving I was doing that I forgot to stop and eat. I actually wasn't hungry so I guess that eating was out of mind. While I was away I actually got the chance to weigh myself and I must say I'm much lighter than I thought. I weight 218. I still wish to be 145 so that is still my goal weight.

Well today I'm off traveling. I wonder how I can take my diet on the road with me. I'm going to pack part of my meal plan with me. I'm going to see how it goes and will report back to you. Wish me a safe journey until tonight.

Hi..nice to meet you!  Are the chicken breasts plain, not breaded, no skin etc--just plain (frozen or not) chicken breasts?  If yes, they are allowed.  If anything other than plain, then no, they arent.
