I think I might be doing this diet wrong already. I haven't weighed myself before I started this diet because I don't have a scale. I think that is why it took me until today to join the challenge because I don't have a scale. I can't eat seafood (fish) so when it says lean potein I eat chicken.. Lots of chicken. I called a friend of mine to see if she would walk with me everyday to keep me accountable for some kind of exercise but I think I'm going to start using the sports and fitness on my on demand so I can get a sweat on. Oh Dr. Travis, you will be a little proud of me.. I hate yogurt and I have been eating it whenever it calls for it.

I thought I hated yogart also but I am finding I can deal with it. I have the hardest time with all the water, tea. I am getting it in but it sure keeps me running to pee.
good for you. It sounds like you are trying to do the best you can with what you have. Can you eat turkey. I had the receipe on page 217, taco salad. It's made with ground turkey. That would give you a little something different. I was suprized how good it was. Split it into 4 meals for you. Keep up the good work.
