About Me
Orignally from the Santa Cruz area I love to read and cook which is why this eating change has been hard on me. I am a 39 year old mother and grandmother. As I grow older I am beginning to understand the importance of taking care of yourself and feeling good so that is why I decided to try the 17 Day Diet.
The last thing I purchased for a friend was a picture frame. My best friend and I went to Las Vegas in January and we had an amazing time. I snapped a picture of the two of us so I wanted to put it in something to give her. She has lost almost 70 pounds and looks fabulous so this will hopefully be a reminder for her to keep up her great work.
