At thispoint in my life I am a retired educator and master teacher. I taught for 32 years and still exercise but since I have degenerative disc disease and fibromyalgia, I no longer do the tumbling and aerobics I did when I was a cheerleader in high school. I love to cook and bake new and old recipes. I have 4 grandchildren and I am trying to pass down traditions to them that I learned from my grandmother and other relatives. I feel I am a little overweight but women as well as men say I look great. At 5'3" it is hard to dispurse any additional weight. I do walk and watch what I ear. yogut, almonds and granola is a typical lunch for me. I am trying to get away from eating meat. I love salmon and other fish and shellfish. I eat vegetables raw and cooked. At 66 since I cannot do aerobics, nor walk a great length at a time, how can I loose weight? I weigh 151 and that is high for me: holiday baking.
