new here, just trying to figure out how some of the ingredients are not in the book for me to eat but here in the recipes,, fill me in ,,, I feel like Ive been eating the same things and then my niece sent me this link and I cant wait to try some of the recipes,,, but please let me know how rice, cocoa and etc is ok on cycle one, thank you kindly! :)

sweetnessjb, how are you doing?? i haven't seen you on the message boards that i monitor. i finally broke the 20 lb goal and couldnt' be happier. i am also in physcal therapy and was able to walk up a flight of stairs yesterday like a normal person. this has been life changing for me. i hope you are doing well. marilyn

sorry to hear about ur flooded basement. we had another 18 inches of snow here in philly. i can't wait for spring. all the snow looks pretty but i injuried my back again shoveling the walk.
