Hi, Please talk about "Orchialgia. and nerve damage to the testicle.  Please talk about how to deal with this.  It seems the male doctors do not want to talk about this as much.

I need to know what the "ideal" weight is for someone my height and age, 28, 5'3". I believe im a little over weight about 10 pounds or so, most in my stomach. It became really hard to loose weight after my third child. I need to know a good way to loose weitgh not to be skinny but to be healthy. I really like your show and watch it every day. Please help me out i want to feel good about myself, feel pretty. Thank you!!

Right, my general question is, if you have completed cycle 1, 2 and 3 and are back on cycle 1 to loose the remaining pounds and reach them by the end of that cycle, can you then jump straight to the maintenance cycle? or do you have to do cycle 3 too? Which i wouldnt understand because i dont really want to loose any more weight.
