Day 1 Cycle 1
I started the lifestyle change yesterday. I enjoyed some delecious food and I didn't find myself hungry throughout the day. I surely missed my coffee in the morning. This morning I had lost 1.8 pounds, that was exciting! I think I feel better as well. I am healing from knee surgery about a month ago so I have been feeling a little weaker than usual. I am going to try some...
