17DD Cycle 1 Day 1 ROUND TWO

As you can see I did the 17DD before and I was pretty damn successful at it.... so successful actually that after I lost 17 pounds I thought that I could just go back to my old ways... UNFORTUNATELY that led to putting 5 pounds back on to my already fluffly frame! SO.... I'm going back to Cycle 1 Day 1 again.... back to basics and back to what I know works for me.

Here I am on day 14... wow, it has gone by really fast! I haven't lost in 2 days but ya know, I haven't gained either. My problem is a simple one (thanks for the reminder GREENFISH) I am not getting enough water in my day. Congrats on beginning the 17 DD :) I wish you all the best! Just stick through the cycles no matter how fast the weight loss goes and I'm sure it'll change your life :) I've only lost 11 lbs, but I feel like myself again!
