Like everyone has said on everything I have read... THIS DIET/EATING PLAN is so easy to follow! I ate breakfast yesterday for the first time in years and cut up and apple and some cucumbers to take to the ballpark with me. I was not tempted to get something from concession, even when the entire table in front of me was eating fries... for some reason (Jedi mind trick i'm sure) they just looked like a greasy mess to me. I'm sure that fact that it's 106 degrees in The Lou helped that along considerably. My only struggles yesterday were getting enough liquids in me (I'm a huge soda drinker so that was what the majority (okay all) of my liquids would come from and eating the yogurt. I don't mind the taste of yogurt at all, but the texture literally gags me. A friend told me to try the whipped or the greek, so hopefully that will help. I am really committed to doing this and my husband has even jumped on board to try and do it with me. Although last night at about 11:00 he proclaimed his need for ice cream and cookies, lol.
