MMMMM MMMMM! Just ate some grapefruit.. it tasted just as good as that Krispy Kreme donut I usually eat! Okay, not really but the 3.6 POUNDS THAT I AM ALREADY DOWN makes it seem like it does! I've been following the diet to a T and last night for dinner my kids even commented on how they enjoyed the dinner of baked chicken breasts, green beans and salad. Then later on my oldest daughter said that without all the high carbs we usually have at dinner she actually still felt full hours later. AWESOME!
I think one of the main things helping my quick weight loss as well as strictly following the diet plan is my lack of soda. I was drinking two 32oz sodas a day before.... yes, I know that's a ton but I enjoyed every last sip. Not diet soda either.. pure straight, will take the rust off of a 56 Chevy bumper, the original soda Coca Cola! I love it... and the Dr (Pepper that is). So, im sure just dropping that is going to take care of atleast one of my butts.
I am STILL struggling with the yogurt though. UGH, GAG. However, I will get it down twice a day and roll my eyes and stomp my foot and make everyone around me notice my patheticness for the 5 minutes it takes me to eat it.
I can already see in my THIRD BOOB (this is what I call my extra roll underneath my boobs and the couple of rolls that are my stomach) a difference. Just in the way the t-shirt I put on this morning fits. I carry most of my weight in my stomach and hips so I am going to use THIS TSHIRT as my "sizer" since I couldn't bring myself to measure before starting the 17DD.
Good luck to anyone on the 17DD and to anyone considering starting up I would highly recommend it. This eating plan MAKES SENSE!
