Bad me... I cheated yesterday with a little bit of ranch dressing with some celery sticks. I knew better, I did. But I tried to convince myself that it was THE LESSER OF EVILS. There were really NO EVILS but in my mind I created a sort of Zombie Apocalypse to convince myself that the ranch dressing was the lesser of the evils. So basically, I lied to myself and I believed it... I'm such a sucker!
Enough brow beating. I didn't lose any weight yesterday but I didn't gain either. Do I think the dressing really hurt me that bad, no. Did it piss me off later, yeah. I totally did NOT get enough water in me yesterday so I need to make that a priority today.
I did make an awesome meal though that I will share. I took chicken breasts and cooked them in a skillet in the juices of a can of tomatos. I added salt substitite, pepper, garlic and an all purpose seasoning. When the chicken was about 3/4 done I added some fresh green beans and peppers and let it all sautee for about half an hour. Oh my gosh it was sooo good! The tomatos had the diced jalepenos in them so it gave it a nice kick. It was delicious!
Here's to a strong day 7 and then end of my first full week on the 17DD. I firmly believe in this eating plan and encourage anyone who is considering trying it to do so! Today I will do my second shopping trip on the plan and have a much better idea of the foods I need to buy to keep myself on the right track.
I started this plan at 233.6 and weight 228.2 this morning. Down 5.4 pounds with 93.2 more to go for my goal weight. I can do this... I will do this... It is what is good for me and my body. I am still TO FAT FOR 44, but next year I will be FABULOUS AT 45!
