Here I am... Cycle 1 Day 10... still loving the 17DD even though I haven't lost anything else in the past two days. Still sticking to the plan... still pretending that I'm getting all of the water in every day that i'm supposed to. Quite honestly I think that the reason I haven't seen anything new on the scale the past two days is because for lack of a more lady like term... I'm constipated, lol. (oversharing, I should have warned you at the start of this blog) I know it's the green tea... and I'm hoping that as soon as the dam breaks I see a nice little drop on the scale. I'm sure actually drinking the amount of water I'm supposed to is going to help as well.
I was reading ahead today for the things that I get to eat when I start Cycle 2. WHOOO HOOOO! RED MEAT BABY! This is a good thing because I am supposed to go out to dinner with our softball clubs board next wednesday and I really wanted a steak. MAMA IS HAPPY!
I'm really hoping that the WHIPPED YOGURT is just a good on this plan as the regular runny ass yogurt. BECAUSE I LOVE IT. Anyone know about that?
Sigh... my daughter is upstairs making cupcake for a friends birthday tomorrow.. CUPCAKES! Sigh.
