Hi all, I'm so happy today, I've been on the 17dd for 7 days now (a whole week) and have just weighed myself. 7 days ago when I started I was 126.3kgs, after this mornings weigh in 124 kgs. 2.3 kgs (5 pounds). My goal is to get to 85 kgs, 39 kgs (89 pounds) to go. I am so determined to do this & learn to keep it off. Im not finding the diet...
