After posting a message or picture, if it does not show up immediately, please try refreshing your browser instead of resubmitting the post.  Most times the post will show up after refreshing. 

If you find that you have accidentally posted the same message multiple times you can remove the duplicate posts yourself by clicking DELETE to the left of the extra post.
